Abstract

This study aims to be beneficial to the future research by examining the formation process of the employees' perceptions of justice about the human resources practices.

The research was conducted at 3 banks in Baku, Azerbaijan: International Bank of Azerbaijan, Rabite Bank, and Express Bank. Our survey was conducted on 150 employees.  As a result, a positive relationship between organizational justice and human resources practices was found.
