Abstract

Globalization has much influenced the universe and the management of organizations. We can see these influences on the way ideas move among people via internet, the navigation and search of information is without restrictions. This paper consigned on the way globalization has broken the cultural boundaries and materialistic values' spread. Peoples thought, life-style, perception as well has been affected. The food, language, values norms are floppy. The entertainment industries in movies have displayed materialism, violence, immorality and crime to the public. The newly development of classic technologies across nations and the methods of using them has examined cultural implications of globalization in general, homogeneity, Africa, Nigeria and Management.
