Abstract

This study aims to Determine the influence of Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness and Effort expectancy with intention to use as an intervening variable and it's influence on Use Behavior Mobile Banking application. This research uses explanatory (explanation) with a quantitative approach, The Population in this Study Costumers Using Mobile Banking Application BNI in Jakarta. Sampling was done by Purposive Sampling, with criteria Costumers Using Mobile Banking Application BNI in Jakarta. The sampels used in the study is as much 110 sampels. Technical analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study shows that: 1) Perceived Ease Of Use has no significant and negative influence on Intention to use: 2) Peceived Usefulness has a Significant and positive influence on intention to use: 3) Effort Expectancy has no significant influence on Intention to use: 4) Intention to use has a significant and positive influence on Use Behavior.
