Abstract

Employee engagement is an important attribute in any organization. Employee ownership increases the employees' level of ownership and improves the relationship between employees and their employers. This study was aimed at finding out the factors that affect employee engagement in G4S Security Services Kenya Limited. The target population comprised 600 employees from the head office. The study adopted descriptive research design. The study established that training and development, recognition by immediate manager, communication, equal opportunity and pay and benefits affect employee engagement in the private security organization.
