Abstract
Integration theory of HRM Professional competency theory and Organizational learning theory create the new novelty, which is Quondam Commitment Professional Behaviour (Qi-Prov). This novelty can improve the sustainable competitive advantage based on individual connection with organization, a professionalism, actualizing organization's vision mission, and having a long last religious behaviour. This novelty gives contribution on management discourse refers to Resource Based View. Quondam Commitment Professional Behaviour is added to the new concept in order toclose the gap between organizational learning influences to the sustainable competition advantage. Practically, the result of this research is as the contribution research and thought contribution of Management science
