Abstract

This paper tries to throw light on the events of change In leadership and its style in the Management world today. This is the world of Change where the process of every company no matter how big or small is governed by the concept of Change. Change is an age old concept that has been bought and adopted as new scene in today's corporate world. Now the situation is "Change or Perish”, so, even the corporate leaders are changing their style their approach and totally their perception towards the very fundamentals of the organization. This paper tries to acquaint the leader with world class changes in leadership and the subtle reasons behind them.
