Abstract

COVID-19, began as a mere health concern has now become a major concern affecting the entire world at all levels and questions the applicability and relevance of traditional perspectives of national power. Against this backdrop, the study argues that, in the post COVID-19 world order, effective mechanism is set to become the most decisive element of power. The study reinstates that effective health mechanism goes beyond the traditional perspectives of health dealing with the possession of advanced health facilities and proposes the main aspects of an effective health mechanism.
