Abstract

This work presents a contemporary literature review of selected materials regarding the growing non"‘market strategy field over the last 25 years, as part of the research conducted by the author during his PhD at ESCR – í‰cole Superiéure de Commerce de Rennes. The data collection highlights the activity of Government Relations within the non"‘market environment as one of its key components. The work aims to throw more light on the Government Relations' area with a strategic intent, with observations on the state of the art and perspectives for future research, considering the subject both as a managerial practice and as a field of study. The work also indicates 6 qualitative case studies to enable further analysis on applied non-market strategies where the Government Relations area had fundamental participation, all with direct participation of the author.
