This paper totally focuses on the emotional intelligence its benefits, how is it going to be useful in the organization. This paper also tries to see emotional intelligence as a challenge to the HR fraternity as a whole. It is published in the Forbes website that Emotional Intelligence is a challenge to the HR managers as they have to have the empathy to watch and lead the employees at the same time.
